Heritage Window Cleaning LLC
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Heritage Window Cleaning LLC website and the services we provide. By requesting, scheduling, or authorizing service, you agree to the applicable estimate, scope of work, and these terms.
Services and Estimates
All services are performed according to the approved scope of work. Estimates are based on conditions visible or disclosed at the time of assessment and may be revised if materially different conditions, access issues, specialty glass, staining, construction residue, damage, or additional work are discovered.
Existing Conditions
To the extent permitted by law, Heritage is not responsible for loss attributable solely to pre-existing damage, deterioration, defects, failed seals, compromised finishes, damaged screens, coatings, hardware, frames, glass, or independent acts of the customer or third parties where Heritage did not cause or worsen the condition through negligence or other wrongful conduct.
Access & Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to agreed work areas and disclosing known hazards, fragile materials, specialty coatings, security systems, pets, access restrictions, or other conditions that could affect service.
Scope Changes
Work outside the approved scope may require additional authorization and pricing before proceeding.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms stated on the estimate or invoice. Additional services authorized during the job may be added to the final invoice, or billed separately if requested.
Cancellations & Scheduling
Service dates may be adjusted for weather, unsafe conditions, access limitations, or circumstances outside Heritage's reasonable control. Customer-requested cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to applicable scheduling policies communicated at booking.
